In the middle of the hot spring town of Ginzan Onsen, the old-fashioned post is a landmark. The buckwheat flour is ground using Obanazawa's "Mogami ASASASIU" and using a special method called acorn grinding. The best recommendation is fried eggplant grated buckwheat for 1430 yen. The menu other than soba, such as the original roasted coffee and liquor, and the original soba soft serve that is formulated in the store, is also rich and well received. There are also local sake such as "14 generations". Healing popular spot of Ginsan hot spring available in various scenes. Banquet food at night (reservation required) is delicious to see and eat. It is also loved by locals.

We recommend the Obanazawa beef ramen for 1100 yen, topped with the local specialty, pickled watermelon, and spicy pesora pickles. This local ramen features a light soy sauce broth that pairs well with the spicy pesora pickles. Additionally, there is also handmade板そば (soba noodles) for three servings at 2000 yen, made with locally sourced buckwheat "Hanjyu Mogami Wase." All noodles are homemade. Various events, meetings, and dining gatherings can also be accommodated.
