In the middle of the hot spring town of Ginzan Onsen, the old-fashioned post is a landmark. There are 6 seats on the first floor and 14 seats on the second floor, and the interior is an antique style full of warmth of wood. You can see a retro hot spring town from the window on the second floor. In addition to baked cocoa (660 yen) with marshmallows on top of the self-prepared cocoa, there are plenty of alcoholic menus such as beer, whiskey and cocktails.

You can enjoy teppanyaki of Yamagata beef, steaming vegetables steamed at the source of hot springs, and comparing local sake in Yamagata. It is located at the innermost part of the Ginzan hot spring town, and you can also see the famous waterfall of Ginzan Hot Spring, "Shirin no Waterfall", from the counter seat on the second floor. Since it is open until 22:00 in the evening, it can be used not only for lunch and dinner, but also for cafe use, night cup, night meal, etc. The most popular is the specialty "Shirogane bowl" using chicken breast thigh meat. The seasonal parfait is also popular.

We recommend the Obanazawa beef ramen for 1100 yen, topped with the local specialty, pickled watermelon, and spicy pesora pickles. This local ramen features a light soy sauce broth that pairs well with the spicy pesora pickles. Additionally, there is also handmade板そば (soba noodles) for three servings at 2000 yen, made with locally sourced buckwheat "Hanjyu Mogami Wase." All noodles are homemade. Various events, meetings, and dining gatherings can also be accommodated.
