Located within the Echizen Pottery Village. Served in flavorful vessels characteristic of the hometown of Echizen pottery, the fragrant 100% buckwheat soba is offered. There are also Bukkake Oroshi for 800 yen and Kurumi Soba for 950 yen. May close when sold out, reservations accepted.

In the spring, you can enjoy a variety of seafood dishes from Echizen Port in Fukui Prefecture, such as natural taffugu, rock oysters, abalone and fish in the summer, and Echizen crab in the winter. From autumn to the end of June, the Echizen Golden Crab dish, which is fried for 10 months, is served from 25,000 yen for 2 people in a satisfied pair course. In addition, it is attractive that you can enjoy really good dishes such as one-dish dishes, limited-edition nigiri sushi and hot pot dishes.

During the Echizen crab season from November 7 to March 20, you can choose your own crab from the live tank in the restaurant and have it prepared as sashimi, grilled, or boiled. Prices range from 20,000 to 45,000 yen per crab. The specialty is the crab miso bowl, enjoyed at the end of a meal after eating a whole crab. The crab miso bowl, topped with grated daikon and soy sauce over freshly cooked rice, offers an exceptional flavor. In other seasons, there are also local fish and live squid dishes starting from 3,500 yen, allowing you to savor the deliciousness of seasonal seafood.
