
日本海に面した鯵ケ沢町の漁港で、その日にとれた鮮魚だけを使用する魚料理店。活きのいい魚料理は単品600円~。日本酒は青森に限らず、全国からさまざまな地酒を取り入れているが、おすすめは店オリジナルの純米大吟醸・海凪。最高級の酒米・山田錦を100%使用し、低温でゆるやかに醗酵させた一品で、独特の香りとのどごしの良さを実感できる。辛口タイプのキレのある酒だ。

Fresh spoilers and plump shari are well received. The specialty is a special Taimaki 4400 yen, which is packed with 12 kinds of special spoilers. Even if you eat two people, you can be satisfied enough.

弘前市街の住宅街にある隠れ家的な和食店。天明6年(1786)創業という老舗で、うなぎ料理と地元の食材を使った季節料理を楽しめる。夜には一品料理やコース料理がおすすめだ。和のテイストを取り入れた、モダンにして落ち着いたデザインの店舗も好評。団体はイス席16名対応可。

さまざまな定食が揃うが、酢飯の上にサザエの切り身をまぶしたサザエのちらし定食1600円が秀逸。ヤナギガレイの空揚げやモズクの味噌汁などとセットになるので、お腹いっぱいに。

名物メニューの101海鮮ラーメン1700円がおすすめ。具は、ホタテ貝やエビ、名産のワカメを麺状に加工したつるつるわかめなどが入っていて、味わい深い。4~10月の期間限定。

ヤマトシジミのふるさと・十三湖を前に、国道339号沿いに立つ店。十三湖は津軽半島北西部にあり、岩木川の水と日本海の海水の両方が流れ込む汽水湖で生息に適した湖だ。ヘルシーな食材として人気のシジミを、ふんだんに使った料理が名物。しじみらーめんや釜めしが付くしじみづくし1980円がおすすめ。しじみ釜めし990円、しじみ三昧1760円、しじみラーメン850円。

A café using the former station building of Tsugaru Railway Ashino-Kōen Station, in the area of Dazai Yukari.
