JR新青森駅1階のあおもり 旬味館。地産地消飲食ゾーンやおみやげ特産品ゾーン、喫茶、宅急便などがある。

懐かしい味の中華そばは地元で定評がある。「あっさり」800円は煮干しのダシの旨みが楽しめる薄味。店イチオシの「こく煮干し」880円は、3日かけて作る動物系白湯スープに数種類の煮干しをプラスした逸品。このほかにも、こく鰹、つけ麺、味噌、塩などメニューは豊富。

「味の札幌」で修業を積んだ経験のある店主が、本店の了承を得て開店した店舗。国道280号のバイパス沿いにあり、車で龍飛崎に向かう観光客も数多く訪れる。

It is reputed for its good taste of meat, such as "White Sheep Genghis Khan" at 990 yen, "Milkram Genghis Khan" at 1100 yen, and "Suffolk Genghis Khan" at 1210 yen, and there are many repeat visitors who visit here, despite being at the foot of a secluded mountain. It is also attractive that you can relax and eat while watching the beautiful hills of Furano. For after-meal shime, please use the ranch soft serve 500 yen sold at the concession shop. Sheep and rabbits can be used next to the store.

There is a rich menu that uses plenty of local seasonal vegetables. The generous amount of vegetables used in roux and toppings creates a delicate taste with natural sweetness added to the whole. The Furano Om Curry, which is made from toro-toro egg omurice and a curried mixture of onions and carrots, with pork char siu from Kamifurano and plenty of vegetables, is 1100 yen.

A Western-style restaurant famous for its black curry. Made with several spices where the sweetness is brought out to the fullest extent, roux has a rich aroma and deep richness. Katsu curry and omu curry with kamifura pork are recommended.

You can eat a burger with 100 percent pate of Kamifurano pork, handmade sausage, bacon, and freshly picked vegetables from Furano, sandwiched between fluffy buns. It is quite large, but it tastes good to eat with pelori. The scenery is good and it attracts attention on SNS, and it is popular for both young and old. The terrace seats are excellent, and you can spend a relaxing time while feeling the nature of Furano. Open for takeout only.

Rokkatei's directly operated shop on Mount Shimizu, which overlooks the Furano Basin, Taisetsuzan Ran Feng. Vineyards spread over a vast hilly area of 24,000 tsubo, and you can enjoy majestic views from the glass-topped shop. For the tea room, we recommend Furano rice cakes, which are made from the salty, Furano red endo beans, and Obihiro's long-established Western restaurant Naoden, Tomohiro-style Hayashi Rice.
