You can enjoy fresh seafood from Hokkaido with sashimi and broiling. It is recommended that you can enjoy a menu that feels freshness, such as a platter of 3520 yen and a selection of 10 lively sashimi buttery soy sauce. There are plenty of meal menus, such as how much rice bowl and three-colored sea bowl, so you can enjoy sightseeing and family.

Stalls in the harbor

A stall village which is connected to the second floor of the "Kushiro Fisherman's Wharf MOO", a commercial facility built by the Minbu Bridge [Nusamibashi]. You can taste fresh seafood unique to the port town, including Kushiro's specialty "Zangi" and "Kushiro Ramen". At night, local office workers and tourists gather.

Comb furnace house

The birth place of the fireside, the Aburi family in Kushiro, Hokkaido, Japan. You can roast local fresh seafood and seasonal ingredients with Bichō charcoal. The menu is also extensive, including liquor appetizers, one-dish dishes, various grilled foods, and fried foods.

Bamboo Lao Garden East Home Office

Founded in Otaru in 1874. A soba specialty store that has been familiar locally for many years since it moved to Kushiro in 1912. The current building is stately built dating from 1927 (Showa 2). The specialty is a special course of 3150 yen, which is a set of kashiwanuki (soup) using a parent bird, orchid soba noodles using eggs as a tie, tea soba with a faint scent of matcha, and soba sushi (soba nori rolls). It is also attractive that you can eat while looking at the beautiful Japanese garden that you can see outside the window.

Spaghetti House Pyrenees

ボリューム満点だからこそ最後まで飽きずに食べられるようにと、タマネギの甘みとトマトの酸味を引き出したミートソースが人気の秘密。スパゲティミートソースカツレツのほかコンビメニューもあり、ミートソース×ガーリックチキン1250円が人気。

Ramen shop summer moat

魚介系だしと丁寧に下処理したゲンコツ鳥ガラのダブルスープは、口の中で徐々に旨みが広がり、極細縮れ麺とマッチ。スープにうるさい釧路のラーメン通の間でも人気の店。厚めに切られた軟らかいチャーシューも好評で、オーダー後、3分ほどででき上がる早さも有名。醤油ラーメン800円、ねぎラーメン1030円など。

Kushiro Ramen Maruhira

ラーメン一筋約60年、昔ながらの釧路ラーメンを味わえる店の一つ。メニューは醤油と塩の2種類のみ。きれいに澄んだスープをひと口含むと、カツオの風味がふわっと広がる。ほどよい縮れ細麺との相性も抜群で、スープの味わいを邪魔しない海苔、ネギ、チャーシュー、メンマのみの具のシンプルさがいい。正油、塩ラーメン各700円。

Kushiro Ramen Kawamura

スッキリと澄んだスープは釧路ラーメンの本流系。魚系の削り節ベースと鶏ガラベースにタマネギのもつ柔らかな甘みをほんのり感じられる。コシの強い縮れ麺は作り手が満身の力を込めて作る添加物、かん水なしの河むらオリジナル麺。ワンタン麺900円。

Fish Ichimen Workshop

釧路でもここだけの魚醤を使ったラーメンで有名。サンマとニシンから作る自家製魚醤を使ったスープは、煮干し、昆布などのうまみと絡み合い、あっさりとした中に魚のうまみがしっかり。ベースのラーメンのほか、チャーシューメン、アサリラーメンなどがあり、それぞれ塩、醤油、赤味噌、白味噌、魚醤、あっさり味とこってり味、細い麺と太い麺を選べるので、好みに合わせてオーダーしよう。魚醤ラーメンあっさり味860円、こってり味940円。

Restaurant & Community Iomante

釧路出身のシェフがおもに地場産の素材を使って作る創作フレンチ。ディナーはコースのみで、前菜やメインは数種類から選べる。阿寒産エゾ鹿肉とフォアグラのパイ包みがおすすめ。ディナーは4890円コース~。
