札幌場外市場に3店舗を構える「ヤン衆 北の漁場」の2号店2階にある食事処。旬の鮮魚を豊富に取り揃える鮮魚店直営の食事処だけに、どのメニューも鮮度の良さが自慢。全道各地の魚介類がたっぷりのった海鮮丼をはじめ、握り寿司、焼魚、1階の生簀から自分で選んだカニのカニ料理など、メニューも豊富。食事の後は1階で買い物も楽しめる。

Fishmonger's kitchen

建物の2階の奥まった場所にある店。主人が独自のルートで仕入れる魚介を使った丼メニューが評判。その日に仕入れた魚介類が10種類以上のるおまかせ海鮮丼ウニ入り2750円~(ウニは時価)や、ウニ・イクラ丼3300円~、ウニ丼3300円~がおすすめだ。

Seafood Market North

A large, 320-seat dining room attached to a shop selling sea products. There are 12 types of rice bowls, such as sea urchin, how much rice bowl, and four major rice bowls. In addition, there are Shimahoke-yaki and salmon halas-yaki, and there is also a rice set with toro soup and a small bowl.

Established in 1951, a long-established ramen restaurant in Sapporo. The most popular is the special ramen 1100 yen, which consists of fish and shellfish such as squid, tsubu, scallops and clams, as well as onions and bean sprouts fried in unrefined lard and served. The all-black soup is because the umami-packed lard of the stir-fried ingredients is further heated into a piece of scrawled oil, which is then combined with a broth of stewed pork bones and vegetables. It is a popular sushi restaurant in Sapporo because you can taste sushi directly from Nemuro, which is particular about freshness. Because it is located in a residential area, there is relatively little waiting time if you remove the peak hours of lunch or dinner. Take-out is also possible.

Noodle shop Ayami

Using fine domestic genkoku and chicken gala as the base of the soup, the miso sauce contains two kinds of miso. The soup, which coexists with a trolly flavor that stands out with the sweetness of miso, and a light aftertaste, is matched by the koshi custom-made noodles.
