The main restaurant is charcoal-grilled dishes that are designed to enjoy the original taste of the ingredients, such as yakitori, meat, fish shellfish, and vegetables. Materials are delivered to producers in Hokkaido as far as possible directly, and there are also items from all over the country. Recommended is "TEPPACHI course" where you can enjoy a variety of charcoal grills of meat and fish shells and one dish of Japanese and Western dishes. If you make a reservation in advance, you can also order a course using specially purchased ingredients. Selected wines and sake are also handled. Counter seats are also provided in the shop.
