"Mugi Shochu Iki" is the same distilled liquor as whiskey and brandy, and its scent, tongue-in-mouth, and personality such as not getting too drunk have been reviewed, and has been well received by drinkers nationwide. In addition, the WHO enacted a geographical indication as of July 1, 1995, and designated three regions nationwide, with "Iki shochu" being selected as one of them. The representative stock is the stored-aged "Iki Super Gold 22" 720 ml 1255 yen. In the museum next to the factory, old sake brewing tools are on display.
