One Hundred Six Ri Garden

A small park that bears its name because Sekijuku was located at a distance of Hyakuroku from Edo. It is located within an old townscape, and includes a resting place of the Tōya-style and a watering hole that mimics a well. There is also an observation deck, "Kazeki-tei", which offers a panoramic view of the town of Seki.

Oiwake East

The east-west entrance of the old highway, which spans about 1.8km east-west, is Oiwake. The east Oiwake is a junction between the Tōkaidō and the Isekidō, and the Otorii, which still remains today, is the one to worship the Ise Shrine. At the time of the Imperial Palace once in 20 years, the Torii of Ujibashi Minami-Fumi will be taken over and relocated. Nishi-Oiwake is a junction between the Tōkaidō and the Yamato-Iga Kaido, where stone monuments from the Genroku period remain.

Sekijuku

Kamenoo Honpo Zuihoin

Kameyama's Nameka Confectionery, which has been handed down since the end of the Edo period. 10 pieces of Kamenoo, made from paste made from red beans from Hokkaido, and good quality mochi rice.

Kameyama Rose Town Store

A candle shop directly operated by Kameyama Lohusok, which boasts the largest candle production in the country. It is located on the "Kameyama Rosok Town" site and is Kameyama Rosok's largest flagship store. Kameyama PA [Up]

It is flanked by "Kameyama Sunshine Park", a lush green prefectural park surrounding Takatsuka Pond, and is the only parking area in Mie Prefecture with a highway oasis. It is a PA where you can enjoy the local gourmet of Mie, and the recommendation is "Matsusaka meat beef bowl" which is a little luxury. A special gem to make one by one after receiving the order. Kameyama PA [Descent]

Nomura Ichirizuka

In the old days, a tree was planted in one village at a time on the highway, making it a landmark for the path. Nomura Ichiritsuka is the only extant of the 12 Ichiritsuka locations in the prefecture, and is planted with a giant 400-year-old muku tree, a state-designated historic site.

Nobono Tomb

It is alleged that Nihon Taketoshi came to an end at Kameyama on the way back of the Tōsei, and his soul turned into a swan and headed for Yamato. This tomb in the northeastern part of the city is reportedly the land of Mikoto's tomb, with shrines and parks.

Kameyama Castle Site

A castle built by Okamoto Yoshikatsu in Tensho 18 (1590). It used to have five curved rings, lined with towers and gates. At present, only the multi-gate tower is left on the stone wall, but the appearance of the former is remembered on the beautiful stone wall. After about a year and a half of "Heisei no Dai-no-Repairs", the Tamon-Kon was restored to its appearance in the late Edo period. In addition, as the only remaining Edo period castle building in Mie Prefecture, it is designated as a historical site of Mie Prefecture and a tangible cultural property of Mie Prefecture.
