Nikga Island Museum

The museum displays a variety of fishing equipment, including the oldest shark fishing hooks and a fishing boat model in Japan, and the octopus jar used for the specialty octopus fishing. You can learn about the life of the people on the island and the transition of the fishing industry.

Nichiga Island

An island located north of Shinoshima. The area is as large as Shinoshima. There are two swimming beaches, the East Port side and the West Port side, and fishing is also possible. It is also famous as a place of octopus, where you can eat fresh octopus dishes. The statue of the octopus Amida Nyorai, which is said to have been carried by an octopus hanging on a net, is enshrined at the Anraku-ji Temple.

Shinoshima Beach (Shinoshima Sansan Beach)

Shinoshima, a beautiful and varied coastline, is so beautiful and scenic that it is called the "Matsushima of the East Sea". The sandy beach, which runs gently in an arc, is white and beautiful, about 800 meters long, and you can enjoy the private beach feeling.

Monument Park

It is a scenic spot on the island, known as the "Matsushima of the East Sea", and includes the Manba-ka monument, the Edo period kōdai, and a rest area. It is located on a high ground on the west coast of the island, and the view from the observation deck is such a beauty that it is selected as one of Japan's 100 Yoyo. You can enjoy the stunning view of Matsushima floating in the orange-colored ocean, beyond which you can see Cape Irago and Kamishima.

Shinoshima

Shinoshima is an island with a circumference of about 8km floating on the sea southeast of the port of Shizaki. Hills occupy the whole, with many slopes and stone steps. Nanfega Beach at the southern end has become the island's best scenic spot. In addition to swimming on the beach, you can enjoy fishing (fishing at the Maehama beach is prohibited during the sea bathing period from July to the end of August).

Wakamatsu Beach

A quiet, shallow coast of waves with sandy beaches emerging up to about 100m offshore at the low tide of the spring tide.

Okuda Beach

It faces Ise Bay and has a long coastline with a total length of 2500m. It is also close to Minamichita Beachland.

Minamichita Beachland & Minamichita Toy Kingdom

Aquarium and Toy Kingdom have become one, a comprehensive theme park. In addition to the classic sea lion and dolphin show, contact time is popular. You can touch dolphins or feed the penguins. At the toy theme park "Minami Chita Toy Kingdom", you can enjoy nine experience pavilions and 14 attractions, including Lika-chan House Tomica Pla Rail Land.

Nome Beach

The beach is to be opened in the Nama district, which has a number of lodging facilities and is dotted with tourist facilities and other facilities in the Mihama town. A beach like a hole with a beautiful sunset, which is also popular with families and couples.

Wood Design Park Noya

Outdoor facilities where you can fully enjoy an outdoor barbecue. You can enjoy a barbecue in the ocean view area overlooking the sea. In addition to bringing in ingredients, there is also an empty-handed plan, so you can enjoy steam and grill dishes using weber's grill "Original Kettle". There is also a barbecue restaurant area, where you can have an empty-handed barbecue at the restaurant on the second floor with a good view. The charge is for three hours of use each, with a stove, charcoal, net, tongs, military hands and paper plates, chopsticks and towels for each space.
