Mount Gikura

From Miharu Sanpei, you can see the Katashina Valley and this Mount Kikura (at an altitude of 2024m) in front of your eyes. It rises between Fujimi Pass and Oshimizu, and as you climb from Fujimi, you can see a gentle mountain area ahead of your right hand across the valley.

Mount Shirao

It reaches Mount Shirao (2003m) in about 40 minutes from Fujimi Pass. You can leave your luggage at the Fujimi hut and enjoy views of Mount Hitisuga and Oze-numa, for a round trip to Mount Shirao. At Fujimi Pass, see off the Yagisawa Road to the left and take the wide road to the antenna tower of the microwave. From here, it becomes a mountain trail, and you will climb to the front right by looking at Mt. Kinunuma, Mt. Kuroiwa, Mt. Taishaku. Let's enjoy a quiet mountain course while listening to the voices of wild birds sounding high in the sky. If you take a break at the peak of the mountain where you can see Oze-numa in the tree, the way back is about 35 minutes to Fujimi Pass.

Mount Shibutsu

Unlike the mild mountain range seen from Osegahara, a steep rock wall rises from the direction of Okutone, and it has an alternative name of dakekura. Whereas Mount Hiitiga is a volcano, Mount Shibutsu is a Paleo-strata mountain that began to rise around 170 million years ago. The altitude is 2228m, but the trees are difficult to grow, and the forest limit is around 1700m. For this reason, if you pass the middle point of the climb, you can enjoy the prospect of Osegehara etc.

Sanpei Pass (Oze Pass)

Located south of Ozenuma, at an altitude of 1762m, the Sanpei Pass is also known as the Oze Pass. You can climb a wooden staircase from Oze-numa and get out immediately, but the pass, which is surrounded by forests such as Oze-Numa, Kometsuga, and Dake-kamba, is not a good prospect. Information boards and benches are placed.

Shimono Ohori River

A stream crossing at about the halfway point between the Ushou and the Longgong Crossroads is the Shimono-Ohori River. Although it is not visible from the wooden path leading from the Ushikou to the Longyū Crossroads, the Shimono-Ohori River is largely meandering in the moors of Nakadashiro, and the surrounding area is a large cluster of water trees and nickoukisedge. This is a point of view that is familiar with postcards, etc., where the crowd of the water swamp spreads along the stream with Mount Shibutsu in the background. A thin wooden path is laid in the marsh to enjoy this landscape.

The upper river

The Kawakami River, which collects a number of water water, such as Oyamazawa, Warzawa, and Yosezawa, and flows down to Osegahara. It flows almost parallel to the road down from Hatomachi Pass to Yamanohana, intersecting a wooden path in front of Yamanohana and in the middle of Uedashiro in Osegahara, and merging with the Nekomata River in the marsh beyond.

Iwashimizu

In Oze, where trees with high water retention capacity such as beech and mizunara are thick and often rainy, you can meet the water in most of the course. The clear clear Shimizu, which springs abundantly from the rock face on the middle of the steep slope of the Sanpei Pass, on the side of the Sanpei Pass, has also been watering the throats of travelers on this road since the days of Numata Kaido, not only hikers. It tastes cold and mellow when included in the mouth.

White World Oze Iwa Saddle

Area The slopes, boasting the largest scale, consist of two areas centred on the gondola summit station at an altitude of 1703m. There is also a FIS-approved competition course, and the course layout is the main for middle and senior players, but even beginners can experience a long run with comfortable snow quality. There is "Rockne Square" on the little kid slope, which can be enjoyed by families.

Katashina plateau ski area

Perfect for a piste debut with family-friendly ski slopes with Chibicco. Snowboarding is completely prohibited, and there are also figures that teach dads and moms to slide on the base part of the wide slope. In addition, the school is also enriched, including the experience of playing snow at Miffy Adventure Park. There is also a middle and senior course at the top of the slopes, so the daddy mom who is not slippery is here. Even on the intermediate course, if I can Bogen, I'll be fine.

High plateau

On a plateau surrounded by Oze, Nikko Shirane, Joushu Takeson and a hundred famous mountains, there are many nature experience programs that can be enjoyed by vegetables and families from their own plantations from spring to autumn. It is the only skier-only ski resort in Kantō in winter. The pistes, which are dominated by intermediate courses, are popular with families.
