A roadside station that stands in a rural area in the southwestern part of Mashiko, and features a roof and full-glazed exterior that mimics the surrounding satoyama. The walls are also eye-catching for the warm interior, which uses soil used for Mashiko ware, and the building materials are made of cedar from Mashiko-cho. The "Masuko Marche" is lined with locally grown fresh produce, fresh vegetables, and processed products such as pickles and jams using seasonal fruits, and also sells bread made in local bakeries. Since it is known as a town of handiwork, various kinds of crafts such as ceramic art and indigo dyeing are also available. The restaurant, where you can taste a set-up menu made with freshly picked vegetables, is also well received. You can enjoy the charm of various towns.
