Oku Kinu Onsen Hotel Kanityu

Oku Kinu Onsen Hotel Kanitu also accepts day bathing. It has five self-contained sources of different springs, and is an inn in Hiyu where you can enjoy visiting the hot water in an open-air bath with open-air baths made of inner water and rock. A large open-air bath surrounded by river stones is filled with milky white hot water which has a bluish tinge at a high temperature. Oku Kinu Onsengo Hatcho no Uto

Kinunuma

Geyser

At the center of the Kawamata onsen town, at the base of the water fountain bridge over the Kinu River, there is a point where hot water spewing vigorously from between the rocks of the river and the rocks. Heike mound at Kawamata

The legend remains that the fallen people of the Heike, who fled to Kawamata after being chased by Genji, wore armor, helmets, and treasures they wore to hide their status. In order to protect their secrets and the treasure buried at that time, the fallen told the villagers, "If you see this mound, your eyes will be crushed, and if you point it, your fingers will rot." the mound where the soil was raised is known as the Kawamata Daishozuka near Mount Atagoyama Shrine, and there are two places, including one that enters the mountain path and crosses the bridge over the Kinu River in front of the Kukunokusuku Keisanso.

Setogyo Gorge

The gorge from the Nomonbridge to Lake Kawamata, built by the Kinu River. The cliffs, as high as 100m, continue for about 2km. It is beautiful in the middle of October, when the autumn leaves color the rock walls and mountainsides, and in the middle of May with fresh fresh green. The view from the scenic resting house near the Kawamata Dam is also stunning, which is visited by many people during the season. The view from the "Wataramai Suspension Bridge" (inside the promenade) overlooking the ravine is spectacular.

Kawamata Lake

An artificial lake born by the Kawamata Dam, built by damming the Kinu River in 1966. The luri-colored lake water that can be seen from the Seto-go Miharu Rest House and the landscape surrounding it show a beautiful appearance in the time of fresh green and autumn leaves. It has the taste of a natural lake, and the view from Kawamata Bridge, a suspension bridge that straddles the lake is good. It is also known as a fishing mecca for mountain sharks, char and carp, and it is crowded with fishing people from early April to October.

River Water Township

Yushikawa Mizunogo is a day-trip hot spring located at Yushikawa Onsen, where the Heike legend remains. You can enjoy the beautiful hot water that you can enjoy at the sink, and the specialty hand-made soba noodles at the restaurant. Events are held every season such as the Shin Soba Festival and Snow Park. There are also great suspension bridges, free foot baths, etc.
