Snow River Duck Tour

A tour that will take an amphibious bus and tour the Yushikawa Dam. You can enjoy a tour of the dam facilities that you cannot normally enter and a tour of the dam lake. The splash-in that jumps into the dam lake with the bus is impressive. There are two types of courses: "Roadside Station, Yukikawa" and "Minosato".

Roadside Station Yuki Nishikawa

Roadside station, which is about 300m from National Route 121 in the direction of Yushikawa Onsen, directly connected to Yushikawa Onsen Station on the Noiwa Railway Aizu-Kinugawa Line. At the restaurant, "dam curry" using radish and carrots from Nikko City and using the Kawaji Dam as a motif is popular. At the concession stands, "strawberry bread", which uses "Tochi Hitomi" from Yukanikawa, and "smoked salamander", which is effective for the sugarto tonic, are well received. Footwater outside the center is also recommended.

Yuzawa Fountain Tower

There are several hot springs spewing along the valley of Yuzawa, a tributary of the Kinu River. The fountain tower of the country's natural monuments is a conical deposit of hot spring deposits such as calcium carbonate in the area around the spout, which constantly spews more than 90 degrees of hot water from the spout and also drifts with the smell of sulfur. * Traffic may be closed due to river conditions.

Soarobe Water Garden

It is a native land in the mountains at an altitude of about 920m. It is a wetland of about 10,000 sq m where you can see a population of water-swamp. There is a net fence to prevent the eating of deer, but the doors are free to open and close. There is a wooden path so you can walk around.

Igari Lake (Igari Dam)

An artificial lake at the Igari Dam, built by damming the Oga River. Located at a distance of Igari from the Nippon Bridge in Edo, Lake Igari has a feeling of autumn leaves from mid-October to early November, and mid-November when wild gams come. You can also see the lake from the front of Noiwa Railway's Yukinishi Onsen Station.

Kawaji Onsen Yakushi no Yumi

"Yakushi no Yu", a communal bathhouse in Kawaji Onsen, is a long-standing mixed-bath open-air bath, which has been built with an addition of single-sex inner-water baths and private baths. You can enjoy the hot springs carefully while enjoying the style of the old-fashioned hot tub and the flow of the river.

Daikokuya Confectionery Store

The original house-made handmade hot spring manju shop. It is said that the glossy brown buns made in the morning will be sold out that day. The sweetness of brown sugar is delicious, and the plenty of sweetness hikaime is delicious. 100 yen each, 800 yen for eight, and 1200 yen for 12.

Kawaji Fureai Park

The park was born in the center of Kawaji Onsen. In addition to the foot-yu "Musubi no-yu" and "Kawaji-no-yu", there are rest facilities, a hot spring and a goura nado, which is perfect for a break from walking along the river promenade.

Edelweiss Ski Resort

A ski area along the Nichishi Momiji Line, connecting Kinugawa Onsen and Shiobara Onsen. It is compact but has a reputation for a varied course layout that makes good use of natural terrain. On the other hand, in addition to kids slopes and kids park, there is also a good family service, so it is safe for families.

Day salt maple line

A road that plays an arterial role, connecting the Kinugawa River to the two major hot spring towns of Shiobara. The total length of the road, with as many as 45 wiggle curves continuous, is 28km. Along the way, there are also spots such as Shirataki, where you can take a break, and Taishodori Falls, which is said to have gone down the horse when Hideyoshi Toyotomi saw the landscape, and Fujimidai Observation Deck, where you can see Mt. Fuji in the distance on a sunny day, so you can enjoy golf and skiing. Spring is fresh, summer is Yuri Park, especially from mid-October to late November, the mountain roads are brilliantly colored, and you can enjoy stunning autumn leaves.
