The 68th Ogaki Fireworks Festival

A fireworks display sponsored by Gifu Shinnsha and Gifu Broadcasting. It is held on the banks of the Ibi River, a great location, and is a large-scale competition that is crowded with many people every year. In 2024, under the theme of "Mizuto Ogaki", "Five Rings" and "Reconstruction", the program was used to enliven the summer of Ogaki with a powerful 1-shaku (No. 10) ball and a music star mine with a total width of about 300m. * When the river rises, it will be extended. Hokuto City Akeno Sun Flower Festival 2024

Kiso Music Festival

A festival of classical music with "harmony between nature and music" as its main theme. It will be the 50th in 2024. Leading classical artists active in Japan and abroad gather to enjoy famous songs on a green plateau. The festival concert on the 22nd (Thursday) is the night before, and the festival concert on the 23rd (Friday) to the 25th (Sunday).

Katayamazu hot spring hot water festival

The festival is held in honor of the day on which the hot springs were successfully secured in 1882. There are various events such as children's lion dance, live, Genpei Katami Mikoshi, and a ring dance competition.

Watermelon Festival

Travel festivals during the spring festival, and the autumn festival is called the watermelon festival. Hikiyama Children's Kabuki is famous. The Watermelon Festival, to be precise, writes "water fire" festival, and appreciates "water" and "fire", the root of our life. Ogi Port Festival

Wajima Festival

The 99th Kenshin Festival

A festival in honor of the great Sengoku general, Kōshin Uesugi, for his valor and feelon. There are the "Donna Rice Battle" based on the fact that the local people donated their soldiers, the "Taketai ceremony" which recreates the appearance of Kenshin's appearance, and the "Sejen procession" where they work out with armor. Oya Festival

"Karakuri Manzou" milled around the main street in a lively way, and Ojiya citizens in matching yukata and small-looking Happi enliven the festival. The 65th Tokyo Koenji Awa Odori

Tokyo Koenji Awa Odori, which began in 1957 as part of regional revitalization. It became Koenji Awa Odori in 1963. Now it has completely become established as the summer wind poem of Tokyo. Outdoor performances are revived and more than 150 series, and 10,000 dancers are wrapped in hot air while rolling around. They also hold indoor stage performances at two venues during the day.
