Black tea shop

A 250-year-old thatched private house was relocated from a horse in Hibara-mura on a large site on the banks of the Akikawa River and used as a restaurant. A water wheel slowly turns at the entrance. There are also charcoal grills in which river fish, local chicken, Japanese beef, and vegetables are baked over a charcoal fire in a table furnace, as well as courses of mountain village dishes made from wild vegetables and other ingredients, and courses of park leaf-yaki and mountain-ri dishes.

Wildcat Pavilion

A coffee shop in front of JR Goichi Station, the gateway to the Akikawa Valley. Shoumiya Shoujian Chouzamon

The Loyal

A soba shop standing on the side of the Miyama Bridge, west of Lake Okutama. The soba that is handed down to the owner's house is a 50% soba that uses buckwheat flour and ties in half, and is an old taste that has been handed down to the Okutama region. The 800 yen of hand-made zaru soba with a strong hit in the store is comfortable over the throat, and it is very compatible with tsuyu, which is made with bonito and kelp. Handmade sashimi konjac 450 yen using frozen conniaks is also popular. Earth Garden Meat Restaurant in the Forest

A restaurant in a single-story forest that stands on the banks of the Kazuma Gorges Bridge, deep in green. I can't think of Tokyo.
