Ristorante Cabacavaro

A shop where you can enjoy authentic Italian by the owner chef who has been training in a famous store. A specialty dish is millefeil lasagna, which is made of 15 layers of homemade hand-made pasta thinly curated. The outside is crisp and you can enjoy the luxurious taste of the toro. There are plenty of menus, including raw sea urchin pasta from Hokkaido and roasted Kumamoto red beef. There is also a rich selection of Italian wines, and a sommelier suggests something that suits the dish. The shop is located along Meiji-dori in Harajuku, but is a quiet space that has nothing to do with the hustle and bustle of Harajuku. You can enjoy a leisurely meal while watching the Togo Shrine, which is visible beyond the large glass window.

CONViViO

The chef is from the popular Italian "Bio Dinamiko" in Shibuya. Attention is paid to dishes that make full use of traditional techniques focused on local food. Eighteenth is Tuscan cuisine. A Japanese beef shabu-shabu specialty store that a yakiniku restaurant can provide. You can enjoy rare parts such as misuji, zabuton, and platinum. Shabu-shabu dashi can be selected from 6 types, and additional meat can be ordered from 1 piece. There are 12 counter seats that can be enjoyed by one person, and 7 table seats that can be used as private rooms. The day and night course is all you can eat 30 vegetables.

Ya Light

A elegant Japanese restaurant with Japanese traditions and modernity in Omotesando, Aoyama. The essence of Japanese cuisine is to enjoy the season with culture, history, four seasons, aesthetic and playfulness. One of the characteristics of kaiseki is that you can eat a variety of seasonal ingredients little by little, and you can also select vegetables that feel the season, natural fresh fish, and Japanese foods with Kagoshima Kuroge Wagyu. Authentic kaiseki, which is carefully handmade one by one by the cook, can enjoy the seasonal taste of that time by changing the menu once a month.
