Ryokan Tenryu

A hot spring inn standing along the Kusu River of Amagase Onsen, which boasts a history of over 1300 years. It is a long-established inn that has been in operation since the Tenpo era (1831-1845), with records of historical figures such as Nagamitsu and Masujiro Omura visiting. It is based on the concept of "a gentle inn for the body," and day-use bathing is also available. Guests can enjoy a beautiful skin-enhancing hot spring with a faint scent of sulfur in a barrier-free, gender-separated large bath.

Seon/Yuon's Inn

Day-trip bathing is possible during the day at Senon and Yuon's lodging feathers nestled quietly in the bamboo grove of Tenkase Onsen. There is a spring source on the site, and you can enjoy the hot springs of the sink. Hot springs are drinkable. There is also the old-fashioned Goemon bath. The spring is a sodium-chloride, hydrogen carbonate spring, which is effective for neuralgia, diabetes, etc.

Shanzhuang Tianshui

A day bath is accepted at the popular inn, Sanso Tensui, in Tengase Onsen. "Takikan-an", an open-air bath where the waterfall can be seen, is for both sexes and is open to outpatient use. Five family baths, all of which are quaint in semi-outdoor baths, are also available for day use. You can also enjoy the view of the mountain stream while soaking in the hot water.

Deerling Hall

Day-trip bathing is possible at the Kazuragi-no-Yado, Kazurai-kan, which is located among the eight-glance views of the Meishatsu-Fukaya River. Hot springs flowing from the source can also be rented (check required). The rock bath uses a natural rock with trees growing in a part of the bathtub, and the ceiling is high and open, giving a feeling of open air. As for the proud hand-made soba, cold mountain soba and tori soba are recommended, and it is good for lunch.

Yakusan hot water

"Yakushiyu", which is located near Yakushido, is a specialty cypress-made inner bath. The replacement of men and women is performed daily with "Iwamyu", an open-air bath nearby.

Babble water

You can take a quick breath at the folk art stop-by hot water at Hosenji Onsen nestled in the mountains. The easy-going atmosphere where you can also bring a lunch box is popular. There are also eight family baths.
