The restaurant was opened as one of the tenants of the "Nikko Kanaya Hotel" complex store by a shopkeeper who had been studying for more than 20 years at the "Nikko Sanen Tenement" store. For lunch, they will prepare course dishes that can be enjoyed, such as Tamami dishes, which are a specialty of Nikko, ginger-yaki using branded pork, Tochigi Yume pork, and grilled Tochigi's famous fish, Yashio trout. The evening menu features a lineup of dishes that are not bound by the Japanese-Western eclectic genre, such as smoked yunami salad, mapo tofu, tofu chige, and roasted duck breast, while incorporating local cuisine.
