
小ぢんまりとした店内に居心地のよさを感じる食事処。名物のごま豆腐500円は、皮を取り除いた磨きゴマと吉野葛だけを練り合わせ、モチモチとそれでいてなめらかな口あたりに仕上げている。平日の日替りランチ880円にごま豆腐をプラスしたお得な定食1200円が特に人気だ。

全席から田沢湖を見渡せる開放的なレストラン。「自然の恵みをいちばんおいしい時に、いちばんおいしい形で提供する」をモットーに、旬の季節限定メニューが並ぶ。あきたこまちを使ったこまちラガーなどの自家製ビール330ミリリットル640円~もお見逃しなく。

軽食コーナーでは、岩手県産牛スジ肉と秋田県の稲庭うどんを使った両県コラボメニュー「源太カレー稲庭うどん」900円も人気。岩手・秋田両県の特産品が揃う売店のほか、高山植物や広域観光情報を提供する八幡平のオアシス。

田沢湖駅前物産館「田沢湖市」の一角にある蕎麦処。田沢湖産の蕎麦を使用し、メニューはすべて十割蕎麦。比内地鶏の鳥せいろや秋田の新鮮な野菜、山菜を使った天ぷらざるも人気。自家製麺のラーメンもある。

The Nambu hand-made soba shop, which was founded in 1889 (1889). Using a local contract-grown buckwheat flour, a one-child tradition technique called the "special water brickwork method" is used to make a perfect taste.

The store opened in 1985 with the desire for more people to eat "Keiran", a local dish from the Muromachi period, in Kazuno City. The glutinous texture of a shiratama wrapped in a dashi made by kneading a mountain walnut and pepper, and the elegant aroma and taste of a dashi with maitake mushrooms are exceptional. The menu includes Keiran, Keiran set meal, and Kiritanpodon, as well as Kiritanpoon and courses (reservations required). In addition, Keiran set and Kiritanpo set are also shipped nationwide (inquiry required).

A long-established specialty store for hormone grilling that has been loved by local people since its inception in 1951. The staple is hot pot-yaki hormone 380 yen for one serving. The hormones, which are pickled in the secret sauce, are baked in a Genghis skanpan with cabbage and others. Finally, it is recommended to eat the soup with the taste of meat and vegetables over rice.
