Satoya

Potato-ni soba 980 yen, which can be tasted together with Yamagata's specialty potato-boiled potato and soba noodles, is a delicious soba with taro, beef, and mountain noodles. Inoko House Yamagata

The Yamagata cooking course, which incorporates seasonal ingredients, and the shabu-shabu course of SPF pork (sterile pork) are also popular. You can enjoy it with abundant local sake and shochu.

Shabukin Meat Kanezaya

The shop operated by the Kanezuya beef shop, which was founded in the year of the Meiji 36 (1903). The company has been focusing on aged cattle since its inception and has been offering a selection of beef. It has a selection of Daiginjo, Ginjo, and pure rice wine from Yamagata Prefecture, including the 14th generation.
