It is a rare shop that serves 10 soba soba, while having a smooth throat and a crisp slanting. You can enjoy the original taste and aroma of soba. You can also enjoy different soba noodles such as cherry, mugwort, matcha, blue jiso, chrysanthemum and yuzu depending on the season.

Soba school Mitsuya Dewa Road-an

Mitsuya's Yamagata Ekimae store, known as a long-established soba shop. The specialty Oita soba is 3300 yen for five people. There is also a half-sized half-plate soba for 1760 yen. The menu is also attractive, and the popular popular is Nameko soba with nameko of Yamagata.

Sakaya Main Store

A famous cold ramen shop known nationwide. It is said that the customer's words, "I want to eat cold ramen," triggered the birth. The exclusive soup of beef extract and bonito and kelp firmly supports the taste, which is close to the richness of the Japanese style. The fat does not solidify even when it cools. Yamagata Fifty-five Iishops

A long-established Chinese restaurant with a store in front of JR Yamagata Station. It offers Chinese cuisine that suits Japanese people, making use of the characteristics of Sichuan, Guangdong and Shanghai. There is a variety of menus, but the best recommendation at the store is 968 yen for sourtan noodles, which combines acidity and pungency. The 935 yen of chilled ramen, a specialty of Yamagata, is a match of medium-sized frizzy noodles with a Japanese-style soy sauce soup. The light soy sauce flavor becomes a habit.

I, food, season Igatta

It is a shop where you can eat creative Italian with chopsticks and is supported by a wide range of ages. It has a reputation for dishes made with plenty of seasonal vegetables, and recommended pasta lunch for 1265 yen and ladies lunch for 1595 yen with a variety of appetizers and desserts.
