Northern Autumn Club

A long-established restaurant established in 1893 (Meiji 26). You can eat 2420 yen of Kiritanpo hot pot handmade with 100% of Akitakomachi in a parlor made of Akita cedar. 3300 yen to local dishes. You can enjoy a seasonal menu with a full reservation (reservation required by the day before).

S.witch cafe

A modern cafe on the first floor of a renovated building close to Ōkan Station. It is run by sisters from Ōkan and enjoy authentic sweets and coffee such as tiramisu, which they boast.

Jintao Main Store

A well-known local store that would be filled soon after it opened. The signboard menu is 880 yen of leek miso ramen, which uses one whole green onion per cup, and you can enjoy homemade noodles flavored with wheat struck by Hokkaido wheat "Haruyo Koi" in a chicken soup that combines richness and sharpness.

"Chicken Meshi" has been loved by local customers for more than 70 years in Ōkan City, Akita Prefecture. The exquisite balance of sweet and seasoned Akitakomachi and chicken is appetizing. In the "Ekibenmi no Team" sponsored by JR East, "Chicken Meshi Bento" was consecutively used in 2015 (2015), and "Hinai Chicken Chicken" was consecutively used in 2016 (2016). 能代市の若手経営者が改良し完成させたうどん「しらかみ美人」が評判。世界自然遺産の「白神山地」の恵みをいかして、「水」「塩」「酵母」を使用した熟成発酵麺は美味。能代特産品として、片栗ウドン、東雲ウドンも好評。

キッチン・ターブル

ジャズの流れる温もりのある店内で、人気のハッシュドオムライス880円を味わいたい。デミグラスソースは絶品。11~14時のランチタイムは+280円でサラダが付き、コーヒーやカップスープがおかわり自由。

Sachi Mino

A specialty dish from Oka Peninsula, in which hot-heated stones are placed in a tub and red snapper and rock and green onions are stewed, is a stone-grilled dish. You can eat here even in the daytime without a reservation. Ishi-yaki set meal 3200 yen. Because of the use of natural red snapper, it may be out of stock. In addition, urinadon (summer only).

Irudozaki Kaiyo

A restaurant that proposes the unique taste of Oga, located in Iridozaki at the edge of the Oka Peninsula. For the famous stone-grilled dish set meal 2500 yen, put 4-5 kinds of seasonal seafood, green onions, and rock glue that were fried with Oga in a tub with dashi juice, the umami of the material is condensed by dropping a stone heated to a high temperature from above it into a tub and simmering it in an instant. The steam rises with the sound of jour and is impressive. You can choose from two types of flavors: miso flavor or original chigge flavor of this shop. Togi (bone) Nashiya Hata baked rice sushi bowl 1850 yen is also the original menu of this restaurant.

Namahage Palace New Hatake

One of the tourist drive-ins in Irudozaki, located at the very end of the Oka Peninsula. The specialty shopkeeper will greet you. The boastful "Kaishin-don beyond time and space" 3300 yen and "Ishiyaki Gozen with red snapper from Oga" 2700 yen. You want to taste fresh seafood.

House on the island

The 900-yen Shotsura ramen made from Oka Peninsula's specialty, Shotsumu, is popular. The unique flavor and the flavor of the isosou are appetizing. The toppings are full of Nodoshi's good Junsaiya, and the kurumo.
