A line ramen shop with its main store in Sapporo opened a branch in the New Chitose Airport terminal building. The specialty miso ramen, 980 yen, is a rich but refreshing soup with fried miso, and the savory flavor of the soup and medium-sized noodles are exquisite. The tender char siu, stewed for five hours, also tastes good. There is also a branch in Las Vegas, USA.

Located on the third floor of the New Chitose Airport Domestic Terminal Building, "Hokkaido Ramen Dojo", you can choose from koku red miso, sweet and mellow white miso. The limited-quantity "Jukatsu whey pork noodles" is full of rare soft whey pigs from Jukatsu. In addition, "Crab Dashi Miso Ramen" was also well received.

Hakodate Noodles Kitchen Hydrangea New Chitose Airport

A well-established ramen restaurant with more than 80 years of existence, which has a shop in Hakodate Goridgaku-kuo soba. It is a long-established branch of the company in 1969, and is the first best store of the "Asahikawa Ramen Grand Prize" selected by the citizens of Asahikawa. It is conveniently located in the Hokkaido Ramen Dojo on the third floor of the New Chitose Airport Terminal Building. The taste of the soup, which represents the fierce battleground of ramen, Asahikawa, is described as "Kote Asari" because of its refreshing aftertaste. Soy sauce ramen 880 yen, which also tastes thick char siu and extra-thick menma.

Handmade Ice & Farm Restaurant Flower Tea

A shop of handmade ice cream and stone kiln baked pizza in the nature of Hokkaido. Ice cream made with freshly squeezed milk every morning is 400 yen for single and 500 yen for double. There are always 15 to 20 seasonal flavors using fresh vegetables and fruits grown on their own plantations. At the same farm restaurant, you can try about 10 kinds of pizzas from 750 yen to 780 yen, and 2 to 3 kinds of pasta from 780 yen, made by a chef who trained in Naples. Strawberry picking is also held from late June to late July.

Gama Maruyama New Chitose Airport

A popular hamburger shop in the Maruyama area of Sapporo. There are 14 types of hamburgers, such as mountain wasabi, which are carefully baked with stone and brick furnaces.

The earth rook & tarry

You can enjoy dishes that focus on Hokkaido and Okhotsk ingredients and cocktails made by exclusive bartenders. Recommended for Ezo Deer. You can taste the Ezo Kaguro Curry of the earth 1780 yen and the hamburger of 100% Ezo venison 1580 yen. A local restaurant located on the third floor of the New Chitose Airport Domestic Terminal Building. You can enjoy plenty of the blessings of the sea and the earth of Hokkaido in the four seasons. Birch set meal 1890 yen, which is lined with mini bowls such as sea urchin bowl and Ikuradon, is popular. A wide range of products such as 750 yen for baked potato cheese and 1350 yen for kapampon-yaki.
