Kurabo Memorial Hall

The raw cotton warehouse built at the time of the Krabou foundation was renewed as a memorial hall on the 80th anniversary of its founding in 1969. In the atmosphere of cultural monuments, the history of the Japanese textile industry is used to introduce the history of the kurabou through photographs, models, documents and paintings. It is also listed in the "Japanese Heritage (Kurashiki Story, which begins with a single cotton)" and "Modernized Industrial Heritage", "Registered Tangible Cultural Property".

Gallery of Ten Dew

The shop, which uses rice shops, is lined with a variety of Kurashiki folk art items ranging from grass to glass. The gallery hosts exhibitions of works by local writers and others.

Ohara Museum of Art

Japan's first private art museum with a focus on Western art, which was opened in 1930 by the second president of Kurashiki spinning, Sounsaburo Ohara. The collection contains about 3000 works, mainly Western masterpieces, which were commissioned by the painter Torajirō Kojima and collected, and exhibits about 1000 pieces at all times. All of them are world-class collections, including 17th-century El Greco, 19th-century impressionist masterpieces, and contemporary art. At present, you can see a wide variety of collections, not only Western art, but also Japanese Western paintings, works of writers currently active, works of writers involved in the folk movement, and Egyptian and Asian antiquities. It consists of a main building, a branch hall, a craft and a toyo hall, and Kojima Torajirō Memorial Hall, with a tour duration of two hours.

Yumiko Igarashi Museum

A museum where you can reunite with Love, which displays the work of Yumiko Igarashi, a master of the girl manga world depicting "Candy Candy." in addition to displaying original drawings and manuscripts of manga, you can enjoy the long-awaited princess feeling with the ''princess experience (1500 yen for one, separate entrance fee, no reservation required)'' where you can wear a dress like Yumiko Igarashi. The main character of "Kurashiki Tale", which is set in the Kurashiki Bijin district and walks around the Bikan district in the "Ya Kasuri Hakama Experience", where the main character of "Kurashiki Tale" wears a costume of Chiman-chan.

Momotaro's Karakuri Museum

There is a corner of the cave exploration "Onigashima", where the demon pops out of Iwagin, where you can try to solve Momotaro's mystery while having fun. Invaluable historical materials such as "Tsubameishi Magazine" written by Takizawa Makoto and Ukiyo-e of Momotaro are also a must.

Japanese Local Toy Hall

Around 30,000 local toys made nationwide, such as kites and karakuri dolls, are displayed by prefecture and theme in the hall, which uses a rice brewery. A gallery, a cafe, and a shop are provided for special exhibitions. It takes 30 minutes.

Kurashiki Story Hall

A tourist facility opened by the city of Kurashiki in April 2009. There are exhibition rooms, rest areas, coin lockers, and Japanese-style rooms and conference rooms.

Kurashiki Minkan

In addition to the local Kurashiki, which is a renovation of the late Edo period Yonekura, the Kurashiki Minykan always displays about 600 items of strong and beautiful items used in their lives, such as ceramics and lacquerware, woodwork, masonry, and textiles from around the world. It takes 20 minutes. The shop, located on the first floor, features a large number of products with "yono beauty", including Kurashiki glass and flowers, rather, and Bichu-washi paper.

倉敷考古館

江戸末期の商家の米蔵を利用した白壁となまこ壁の建物。吉備を中心とする、岡山県下で発掘された石器・土器などの出土品や生活用具など約300点を時代別に展示。所要30分。

Kurashiki Ivy Square

蔦[つた]で覆われた赤レンガの建物が印象的。明治22年(1889)に建てられた旧倉敷紡績所(現クラボウ)の本社工場を再開発した複合文化施設。施設内にはホテル、レストラン、体験工房などがある。
