Yakushido, located in the center of a hot spring town, is gaining faith as a medicine master who returns lost things.

It is located on a plateau spread in the northwest of Mount Tsuguroyama (altitude 1118m). In the mid-Edo period, many materials were displayed to convey the lives of the common people of the 23,000-stone castle town of Katsuyama, including the armor of the Miura family, the feudal lord who ruled Katsuyama in 103 years. There are also materials on excavated Jōmon pottery and Bungo Junichiro Tanizaki, who was estranged in Katsuyama.
