Tree Picnic Adventure.

Terade Pottery Store

Located at the intersection of Horai Honmachi shopping street and Soja street, a long-established pottery store established by the Edo period. Countless vessels are available in the large store. Rojas Kafu

A bread and confectionery workshop opened by a citizens' group working on the making of processed products using rice flour. Using pesticide-free or pesticide-reducing rice from local farmers, you can make rice flour bread with a texture like a rice cake (from 1500 yen per person) and experience pizza grilling in a real Naples wood-fired kiln. "Chihiro's Born House" Memorial Hall

There is an old townhouse quietly standing in a corner where the old townscape remains. This is where picture book painter Chihiro Iwasaki was born. His mother, Fumie Iwasaki, was assigned as a teacher at a girl's school in Takefu (now Echizen City), and he was a boarding house at a distance of this house. It is said that Chihiro was born on a snowy morning. In addition to restoring the taste of the Taisho era, where Chihiro's mother, Fumie, lived, the museum also recreates the atelier that was set up in Chihiro's Tokyo home. The gallery holds a planned exhibition of Chihiro works every season. In September 2017, an annex with a picture book library was opened. You can have a calm moment in the world of Chihiro.

Sōsha Daijinomiya

Soja of Echizen country, which is known as "Osongja-san". The work of the ancient priest was to worship the main shrines in the country every year, but the Soja gathered the gods in one place and celebrated the festival, and tried to replace domestic worship by worshiping there. It is a shrine that was always located where the national government is located, and there is a stone monument of Echizen national government on the grounds. As a representative shrine in Echizen since ancient times, it has gathered its faith, and its buzzing is depicted in the "Ippen-Jinjin-e-den" of the Kamakura period.

Eikuji Temple

Eikuji is strictly located in an old-fashioned quiet town. In this temple, the priest himself solves various problems with a special secret technique called "Nine Spirits". Holding up a bag containing the five characters of Myōhō and reciting it as Minami Mōyōho Rantsutra, he recites the contents he wants to know. Next, take out the hajiki in the bag and refrain from the written characters. This is repeated five times, and the resident advises based on 25 characters. When that fortune-telling hits, it spreads by word of mouth, and those who wish from all over the country visit. The fee is between 5,000 yen and 10,000 yen. Fortune-telling time is about 30 minutes. Drawing Temple

It was erected in 1488 in the year of Changchun (1488). The carved total zelkova-built mountain gates, such as the Jukurorahan and the waterfall-climbing carp, are worth seeing. In the spacious precinct, there are 30 stone Buddhas carved in Shikotani stone [Shakudani Ishi], as well as the Fudomyo and Jizo Bodhisattva, which are 3m high, and hold the "Jōjōshū", which is said to have been written in the Kamakura period as a temple treasure.
