Mount Io Festival

On the 15th (Saturday), there will be a "torchlight procession" (stop stormy weather) between Kaminokuni Hachimangu and Iozan Shrine, and on the 16th (Sunday), there will be a song show, as well as various events that love Ioyama (planned).

Inuko Gourd Festival (Gion Festival)

A festival where a puppy amulet made of rice powder is decorated in the corner of the room to pray for a disaster without the disease. In addition, the day of the Gion Festival is called "Hatsukabira", and local people start wearing yukata from this day.

Hiroho Daisho Birth Festival

Hokai to celebrate the birth of Sōso Hiroho Daishi; hold a Nativity party at the Shinkei-mae-den (Mikage-do) of Daikaku-ji Temple; enshrine a statue of a child who is a child of a Daishi-sama in front, and raise a priest with a priest of Ichiyama. "Tsumuroshi" of Hamo Festival

After being dedicated to Sugawara Shrine, "Terada Taikagura Tsuboroshi" by the Terada Taikagura Preservation Society will be shown at several locations in Hamo-cho (not to be attached to each door gate). The male role, commonly referred to as "buburosashi", and the female role "sasarasuri", pray for the five-grain fertility and progeny.

Tonami Night High Festival

A rice festival event that prays for a good year's harvest, lasting from the Taishō period. In 2024, a contest was held on the first day, and a match was held on the second day. There will be 16 Dawill lights and 2 will be small lights. Drums are also scheduled to be played on the first and second days.

Okutsu Light Insect and Fire Festival

Okoshiya Festival

Biwas in kokoshi and yukata are lined up to the site. In kokoshi and the site, free distribution of kagura's votive and biwa and the behavior of amazake are performed. * The content may be changed or canceled due to weather.
