Brown Roll

A shop specializing in cinnamon rolls, located in Koza, Okinawa. It became popular in the blink of an eye in the six months since its opening, and now there are many regular customers. Sticking cinnamon rolls use wholemeal flour and a selection of cinnamon. The dough with a moist and sticky texture that is prepared the day before and let it sleep overnight is also exquisite.

The original tacos of soft skin and specialty chili sauce, created after trial and error, became a reputation among U.S. soldiers and has since been loved by many as a Koza specialty. Tacos are three kinds of beef, chicken and tuna. 840 yen for three. I want to stop when I visit Koza.

Mountain tea house easy water

It is located on the hillside of a mountain, with pleasant sunbeams and birds singing. I'm surprised at the creation of a store that coexisted with nature, such as using natural rock as it is as a wall. The menu is mainly healthy vegetarian dishes such as pizza baked in an authentic stone kiln using homemade wheat, and basil cold noodles with plenty of vegetables.

You can also purchase a vessel by Masashi Yokoi of Atelier COCOCO in the gallery.

Tea house on the beach

A coffee shop standing on the beach as the name suggests. When you sit on a seat on the windowsill, the Pacific Ocean spreads in front of you, and there is plenty of openness. At high tide, you can enjoy coffee 605 yen while listening to the sound of the waves. There are also 550 yen of croc monsieur baked with ham and cheese on herbal tea and thick-cut toast.

Chaya Sea Day

The counter, which has 16 seats, is a special seat at this shop. You can take a breather while looking at the Pacific Ocean through the window. The menu is 600 yen for Okinawan soba noodles, as well as 1200 yen for sea-day gozen with desserts and drinks for 11 items.

A great location overlooking the Hundred Names Beach, which boasts one of the most transparent degrees in the prefecture. Lunchtime is a half-viking format where you order the main and serve salads, soups and drinks. Recommended is a prefectural plate (from 2310 yen) that uses meat from Okinawa Prefecture, fresh fish and vegetables from local farmers.

Cafe palm tree

The owner, who is a first-class architect, has renovated a 50-year-old private house. Open the door through the stylish entrance of the courtyard, the plastered white walls and the lovely Pingyuan all over the window. Including handmade bread and cake, fish course 1900 yen is also recommended.
