Okinawan soba specialty shop

A shop of self-friendly additive-free soups and homemade noodles. The Miyoke's original Tebichi's Suu Kyi Kar (salted) is popular among women with plenty of collagen. The noodles are available from the basic system of Okinawa soba (boiled noodles) and raw noodles with a sticky texture.

Tsurukendo Zenzai

It is located in the immediate vicinity of the site of the Zakimi Castle, and you can taste sweet zenzai, ranging from golden beans, white balls and ice. The popular matcha mirukuzazai is an exquisite match of six-hour-simmered golden beans and fluffy ice. The red potato brown sugar zenzai featuring the red potato, which is a specialty of Yomitan Village, is on the rise in popularity as the original syrup further draws the red potato feel.

Yachimun cafe Gunjo

A café attached to the Yachimun workshop "Tojaki Kiln" in Yomitani-mura Zakimi. At the Yachimun Gallery on the first floor, they exhibit and sell works by Tōjimun. The cafe, which has seats in the back and terrace of the first floor and the loft of the second floor, boasts pizzas that are baked at high temperatures using firewood in its signature Cesar pizza kiln. There are more than 10 types of homemade dough and Shimano vegetables pizza at all times, and you can enjoy your meal at Yachimun's tableware at the Yachimun.

Royal Hotel Cape Okinawa Japanese and Ryukyu Restaurant Hanaori (formerly Okinawa Cape Royal Hotel)

It is a modern-style restaurant with a modern arrangement of traditional dishes from Okinawa, featuring a Japanese-style peasants, which arose from the fusion of local and Japanese cuisines from Okinawa. There are also single dishes and sushi using Ryukyu cuisine, and you can enjoy dishes unique to Okinawa with awamori and shochu. Japanese beef teppanyaki gozen, which is baked on hot hot iron plates, and all you can eat sushi held by cookers in front of you at the counter are also popular. The most popular is Kaito soba noodles for 1250 yen. A large amount of vegetables and seafood umami are condensed into the soup. It is full of volume and enough to eat.

When I want to provide soba noodles that are kind to my body, I stick to homemade noodles and soup made with cooked turmeric. The popular Ferray soba 1020 yen is soki, three-piece meat, and a perfect score of volume.

The shop that stands facing the Miyakoya Fishing Port. In addition to selling fried fish to the fishing port, it also offers tempura, soup and rice bowls. Tempura is 100 yen per mozuku, fish and fish are 90 yen, and other meals are 530 to 2000 yen.
