Tea kaiseki too small

A hideaway kaiseki restaurant tucked away in a residential area. It is fully booked, but the threshold is never high. You can usually hold tea ceremonies regardless of school (from 13,200 yen). Meals are also slowly rented out in a tea room with a small garden, and you can enjoy a seasonal kaiseki full course made with ingredients that are particular about the shopkeeper. You can also enjoy yourself by turning on your own. In addition, popular cooking classes, catered bento boxes with boiled bowls, and business travel dishes are also well received.

Soy sauce dish Tenchu

It has been founded for over 220 years, and is a soy sauce restaurant run by the soy sauce brewer, which is a natural brew. Lunch is a menu that makes use of soy sauce, such as mini-pews, affordable gozengo and udon, which are well received by women. For dinner, there are recommended specialty dishes using seasonal ingredients and peasable dishes, as well as the popular "burnt soy sauce fondue", which allows you to enjoy the goodness and difference of soy sauce. There is also a private room, which can be used for purposes such as celebration seats, entertainment, and dinner with friends.

Chef's dining Nagomi-an-e

The menu produced by the chef, who has been proficient in restaurants of famous hotels for many years, is kaiseki cuisine, which is a Japanese-style arrangement of Western food. A word of satisfying taste and appearance from the main to the dessert. Selected seasonal ingredients are cooked without compromising the taste of the ingredients. Spanish tea with honey powder is also well received.

The MINT MOTEL

A cafe in front of the U.S. Army Yokota base in the city of Fussa, along Baseside Street on Route 16. Just run by the American antique shop "BIG MAMA", the inside of the shop, which is based on the image of an American motel cafeteria, is organized with American furniture from the 1950 s, and the atmosphere is exactly American retro. Miso is a classic American breakfast that can be eaten all day, such as freshly baked waffles and cereals. The popular colorful handmade cupcakes are always four kinds, such as "Poodle" and "American Flag", which look cute, and there are monthly changes.

Demodee Diner Fusseng Store

"Demodee Diner Fukusei Store" with the image of American diners from the 1950 s and 60 s, including checked floors, box seats and diner chairs. The main menu is a hamburger, and the specialty is "Fukusei Big Tower Burger", which is over 40cm tall.

Takao Smika

Takao's specialty "Tengu-yaki" and original goods are sold, and you can enjoy freshly-baked buckwheat noodles using 100% of domestic buckwheat flour at the buckwheat shop, and at the cafe restaurant "SUMIKA TABLE", takao's original ''Mt.TAKAO Blend".

TAKAO Coffee roastery & cream

The cafe offers fragrant coffee with self-roasted coffee beans and handmade cakes. The shop uses a lot of wood and has an open atmosphere. The espresso soft cream, which uses plenty of espresso extracted in the shop, is also popular.

SUMIKA TABLE

Takaoyama Cable Car A cafe restaurant on the second floor of "Takaoyama Sumika", a commercial facility located next to Takaoyama Station. It is popular when you can eat with a superb view. Coffee can be tasted "Mt.TAKAO Blend", supervised by "Kazana Coffee", a specialty coffee store representing Hachioji, and can also be taken out.

Restaurant Yamabiko Chaya

A restaurant located on the top of Mount Takao. A spacious shop and a shop that boasts a good view. The recommendation is for 1300 yen, a specialty wild vegetable tororo soba, which is a great match between six kinds of luxury mountain food and Takao specialty tororo. In addition, the specialty curry rice 1000 yen, which is an original blend of four kinds of luu, is supported by a wide range of age with a low-spiciness. I am also glad that there are other rice items such as set meals at the summit.

Takaoyama Takahashi family

Takao's best-established soba shop near Kiyotaki Station, a cable car on Takao. The company was founded by Tenpo Yeni during the late Edo period. He has been familiar to worshippers at the Takao-san Yakouin Yuki-ji temple and to hikers on the Takao-san hike. At the "Soba-Muro-za", a restaurant where a persimmon tree that is over 150 years old stands in the store, the specialty is the exquisite "Tororo-soba", which is a tororo made of a soba potato and a long potato in half, and a soba made by 60 percent of soba flour and kneaded with fine flour. We also recommend sweetening such as "wheat and romeshi", "duck onion bowl", and thinly sliced dried persimmon "ka-kiyu".
