龍上海 山大医学部前店

龍上海は家族ぐるみで試行錯誤を重ねて作り出したからみそラーメンの元祖。赤湯からみそラーメンは950円。辛みそは赤湯に伝わる唐辛子「石焼南蛮」と特注の味噌、ニンニクなどを加え独自に生み出した味噌。たっぷり盛られた辛みそを全部溶いてから食べても少しずつ溶かして味の変化を楽しむのもよし。夏期限定特製冷やし味噌ラーメン1070円は特製ダレに辛みそを溶かして食べる。暑さに負けないシャッキリとした味わい。特製冷やし中華は920円。煮干しを中心に鶏ガラ、豚骨を使った自慢のスープを使った昔ながらの醤油味の赤湯ラーメンも。

ジンギスカン・シロー

蔵王名物ジンギスカンのなかでも元祖という店で、初代店主が考案。独自に鉄鍋を発注し、現在の蔵王温泉名物ジンギスカン料理の原型を作った。自家栽培の野菜など、素材にこだわった歴史ある料理を味わえる。
