仏木寺前の県道沿いの花街道。4月上旬～中旬はチューリップ、9～10月にはコスモスと四季折々の花が咲き誇る。

版画家・畦地梅太郎と総合農機メーカーの創業者井関邦三郎を紹介している(ともに現在の三間町出身)。美術館では、生あるものすべてに愛のまなざしを注いだ、畦地梅太郎の詩情豊かな作品などを展示。畦地のアトリエ再現室は必見。記念館では、全自動籾すり機をはじめトラクタ等を展示。井関邦三郎の農機具にかけた人生の軌跡に触れることができる。

約15万平方mの広大な敷地。3万株の花ショウブ、3万6000株のサツキなどが楽しめる四国屈指の大規模な日本庭園。各所に風情ある休憩所がある。四季折々の花が咲き、梅まつりや風りんまつりなど毎月のようにイベントが開催される。
