千光寺山にある名勝「鼓岩」。石でたたくと「ポンポン」と鳴ることから地元っ子の間では「ポンポン岩」と呼ばれる。大阪城築城の時に石垣の材料として割ったノミの跡がついていると言われている。

It is a park full of open spaces, such as a grass-covered exercise square and a spacious barbecue square. Barbecue square requires reservation, 1200 yen ~. Rent-a-cycle has different charges depending on the type.

The shops of Ohagi and Tempura, which have been familiar as the taste of the home for a long time. The giant octopus is very popular for souvenirs and is 650 yen. Tako rice with three rice balls 480 yen and a specialty octopus is also recommended. I love it from little children to adults, and the 150 yen of the kare is very well received. There are also old-fashioned whale flies, but they are scarce. * From mid-February to mid-April, octopus may run out due to shortage.

タコを使った珍銘菓が評判。たこもみじ1個100円、たこパイ1個130円、たこサブレ1枚70円、たこせん1袋(1枚入り)45円の4種類あるので、お好みでどうぞ。

広島空港に近い緑に育まれた農園。12～5月はイチゴ狩り、8～10月は梨狩り、通年パークゴルフを営業。イチゴ園では、ハウス7棟で章姫、紅ほっぺなど約2万5000株を栽培。ぶどう狩りは8月下旬～10月中旬。

一年を通してくだもの狩りを楽しめる観光農園。1月からイチゴ狩りがスタートし、さくらんぼ、ブルーベリー、梨、ぶどう、りんごと続く。bookmark(売店)では旬の果物の直売やオリジナルジャムやジュースといったお土産の販売も。土・日曜、祝日限定オープンのカフェで販売されるフルーツをふんだんに使ったジェラートは必食。園内には飛行機が見える広大な芝生広場があり、お弁当を持ち込んでのんびり過ごすことができる。

ＪＲ三原駅構内1階の「うきしろロビー観光案内所(三原観光協会)」にある、三原だるまの制作体験ができる工房。体験メニューは、だるまをいちから作る「制作体験」(全4回)と、だるまの顔を描く「面相書き」の2種類。先生が丁寧に描き方を教えてくれるので、絵の腕に自信がない人も、気軽に挑戦できる。

駅舎南側や展望デッキから瀬戸内海の多島美が一望できる、眺望抜群の道の駅。「産直物販コーナー」では、三原産の新鮮な野菜や米などの農産物、餅や弁当などの加工品が豊富に揃っているほか、揚げたてアツアツのタコ天やたこ飯など、特産のタコを使った商品が百種以上も販売。レストラン「漁師と農家の台所 Kitchen ルマーダ」では、三原の漁協から毎朝仕入れる鮮魚や地元食材を使った料理を提供。タコ料理はもちろん、特産の三原神明鶏のメニューも好評。
