Old-fashioned ramen restaurant Miso no dining room

In response to a request by the Kushikino City Tourism Association to "use local ingredients to create a town", the ramen developed by the Kushikino City Food and Drinking Association through a contrivance is now a specialty of the town. The soup, which is made of yellowfin tuna head and vegetables, has no smell and tastes elegant. Despite the richness, the aftertaste is refreshing.
