Our mission is to be a navigator who will open up the future with a certain presence of Japan as “world sake”.
Following the inscription of Washoku in 2013, Japan’s traditional sake brewing was added to UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2024. As a result, it is attracting growing attention not only as a natural companion to Japanese cuisine, but also as a beverage that pairs well with dishes from around the world.
In response to the growing global popularity of sake, we will share with the world—beyond language barriers—the evolving appeal of sake refined through tireless dedication, the stories of the breweries and the people who devote themselves passionately to sake brewing, and its value not merely as a beverage but as a cultural and historical heritage. Through this, we aim to reach a global market, including importers and buyers around the world.
We look forward to seeing the day when traditional Japanese sake is loved around the world as "SAKE".
