肉も魚も野菜も、「素材市場」のコーナーで自由にセレクトする新感覚のバル。こだわり厳選肉に、産直鮮魚 生産者から毎日届く有機野菜も、「素材市場」で見て選べるから楽しい。選んだ素材と調理法を専属スタッフと相談してオリジナルのメニューを作るのも、名物メニューを注文するのもいい。毎日20時に焼き上がるアツアツの名物ローストビーフは1g単位で好きな量を注文でき、ワゴンに乗せた焼き立てを目の前でカット。早い者勝ちの数量限定メニューだ。隠し扉の個室やスタイリッシュな個室、バーベキューを楽しめるテラスも。

Karubia ~

A yakiniku restaurant near Shinbashi Station. All of them are counter-seated except that the elongated store has one table for four. There is a grilling table on the side of the counter, and you can enjoy grilled meat on a charcoal fire by yourself. The menu is also lined with healthy red meat, as the sign says, "Red meat shop." you can enjoy refreshing red meat, such as wasabi, grain mustard, and raw black pepper, with various flavors.

A shop that cooks chickens shipped directly from Miyazaki Prefecture. Taki of red chicken is a signboard menu, and "Hanmi chicken salt-grilled", which is made by carefully laying chicken sprinkled with spices such as coarse salt and octagonal, and steaming whole, is popular. It is compatible with sake and is also incorporated into various courses prepared. The drink menu includes sake and shochu that complement the dishes, and there are plans with all you can drink.
