Tsukiji Tama Sushi Harumi Street

Every morning, a full-fledged Edo-mae sushi restaurant is carefully prepared with fresh material carefully selected by connoisseurs and held by skilled artisans. Sake that enhances the taste of seafood is carefully selected from all over the country and abundantly prepared. You can enjoy a lot of seafood dishes not only sushi. You can also experience sushi nigiri (reservation required).

Tsukiji Sushi Kiyoshi Main Store

In 1889, the company was founded in Nihonbashi. It moved to this area with the relocation of the market. Only the land where professionals gather, the freshness of the neta is a first-class product. The motto is "cheap and delicious Edomae no sushi", which is a nigiri consistency of 300 to 1000 yen.

Tsukiji Sushi Iwaso Main Store

A restaurant of Edomae sushi founded in 1921. It uses seasonal, select materials, and its tasteful grip, reminiscent of a swimming fish, is exquisite in size to be eaten with a bite. It is not stiff, it is not soft, and the shari is unwound in the mouth to match the umami of the fish. In the afternoon, we also offer sushi seats and a reservation system. For the night of the special day, the reservation-based sushi table, which is a competition between Edomae sushi and delicately flavored Kyoto cuisine, is recommended. In addition to the counter, there is also a Japanese-style private room with dug-in seats and chairs, which can accommodate up to 20 people.

Tsukuji Osamu

It was founded in 1931. A restaurant of a sukiya-style house located along the Sumida River. It is a quiet and luxurious room where the traditional beauty of good old times is breathed, and you can enjoy meals with the fine hospitality of a restaurant while hoping for a garden that shows the seasonal transition. The dish is not only a full-scale peasable dish using seasonal ingredients, but also "chicken water" using local chicken from Tokushima Prefecture, a specialty of the game. It is a gem brought by Honda Tsugisaku, the founder and first chef-in-chief from Kyushu, whose taste is still preserved by a dedicated cook called "Mizutaki-ban".

GINZA SIX Store Wine Shop Enoteca

A wine shop located 5 minutes walk from the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line exit A3. There are about 2000 types of wine such as red, white and rosé, and you can select while consulting with wine professionals. Outside of France, there is also the world's first "Mouton Gallery" and a library (wine cellar) with rare wines that you can hardly see, so it is recommended for wine lovers.

Washu BAR back

An adult bar where you can enjoy Japanese sake with delicacies from all over the country. The lineup of sake is always 50-100 kinds, and rare brands are also available. The state of preservation is good because it is always replaced, and I am glad that there is a new encounter every time I visit. It is good to drink various brands in a semi-combined glass, and it is good to drink your favorite brands.

Rockfish

Highball's famous shop in Ginza. There are many long-standing fans of Highball, which is made of whisky and cups chilled in the freezer and added carbonated water and lemon. "Ham cutlet and potato salad" and "Oil Sardin" are recommended for the knobs you want to enjoy with Highball.

Lupin

The bar opened in 1928. It is known that literary artists, such as Hiroshi Kikuchi and Osamu Dazai, have passed through it. The entrance is a little difficult to enter, but once it enters it, the atmosphere is relieved. The English-style interior is perfectly suited to the words "adult lair". The popular Moscoe Mure 1320 yen is cool and dry. In addition to the 15-seat counter, there are tables for 6 and 8-10 people.

BITTERS END CLUB

A tea salon based on the concept of "staying quiet", featuring luxurious interiors with a 1920 s cabaret theme, and open as a tea salon in the daytime and a bar in the evening.
